K Boys Sports will typically ship in 1 to 5 business days. Some items may ship directly from the manufacturers and will require a longer processing and shipping time frame. Customers will be notified of delays.
We will accept returns for refunds or exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Merchandise must be in brand new condition and not damaged or used. Merchandise returned that is not in brand new condition is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customer pays for return shipping charges. If an error was made on our part in processing your order then we will reimburse shipping charges and pay for return shipping. If you receive the order with damaged packaging or damage to the contents then please note that with the carrier on delivery, even if damage to the contents cannot be verified but the outer packaging is damaged. Notify K Boys Sports immediately regarding damaged items.
Shipping charges are added where applicable but we never charge a handling fee.
